The night will start in Divan bar where the host and hostess welcome the you with a sparkling drink and salty snacks. Thereafter follows a spicy cooking session of one to three hours in the Harem kitchen.
After the warmth of the charcoal grate it is time to enjoy the fruits of your cooking in the rich atmosphere of Topkapi cabinet. We will take care of setting the table and serving the food.
Special night groups may include 8-15 people.
Chef theatre
The show must go on, also in the kitchen! If not quite in Gordon Ramsay´s footsteps, but very nearly: the chef theatre provides magnificent show for birthday parties and other special occasions.
The transcript of the night could go like this: the group will choose their chief among themselves. In his/her own style the chief will encourage the group to a peak performance between the fridge and the oven. In this show the lines will develop themselves as will good atmosphere and a wonderful feeling. The final scene is written in the stars and it is worth of a thousand applause: a self made meal.
Tasting
As our guest you can enjoy fine wines and other noble beverages in special tastings before the dining. We will present to you wines that go well with the food and guide you and your friends to the wonderful world of wines.
For big groups
For groups of more than 15 we can offer tailor-made Special nights where everyone can enjoy delights of the house in a new way. When a part of the group cooks dinner, the rest of the group enjoys our wine tasting. Ask for more options and information!

The magic of The Arabian Nights in Topkapi Cabinet…
The story of The Arabian Nights takes us to a mystical oriental atmosphere. The kitchen of the harem offers a spicy culinary journey. The menu of the night: Meze (Turkish starters), treats from the glow of charcoal with a potato-tomato pie, a variety of desserts and nuts.
A bellydance performance in the rhythm of darbuka drums gives us an idea what oriental dance is; merging the mind and the body; being a woman. The wonders of a fairytale world, fascination and magic powers are best experienced by dressing according to the theme.
